Tenshin Sensei’s Health Report

Today, I managed to persuade Tenshin Sensei to go to the hospital.
Since appointments are generally required nowadays, we were unable to be seen at the first clinic. At the second clinic, they conducted a simple examination and diagnosis, and issued a referral letter to a large university hospital.
We are now at the third hospital, treated as an emergency case, and currently undergoing further tests.
At the second clinic, he was diagnosed with pulmonary edema and heart failure. They also detected atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat).
At the university hospital, I believe they will conduct a more detailed examination and determine the future treatment plan.

This is just a preliminary report.

天心先生が長く体調不良のため病院行くよう説得してきましたが、本日ようやく病院に連れてきました。
今は初診予約必要な時代のため、一件目の大きめの総合病院では見てもらえず（数時間待ちな上に専門医不在）、二件目のクリニックで簡単に検査と診断をして、大きな大学病院の紹介状を出してもらい、救急外来扱いで三件目の病院に来ています。
そんなわけで今検査中です。
二件目のクリニックでは肺水腫と心不全の診断でした。
さらに心房細動（不整脈）もあると。
大学病院でより細かく診断と今後の治療方針が決まると思います。
ひとまず報告です。
