Rules

By using TENSHINRYU ONLINE, you agree to these terms of use. If you don’t agree to these terms, you cannot use TENSHINRYU ONLINE.
  • TENSHINRYU ONLINE is a monthly membership system. Payments are handled via PayPal every month.
  • All content and information distributed via TENSHINRYU ONLINE is exclusively owned by Tenshinryu unless stated otherwise. It is strictly prohibited to change, duplicate, reupload or redistribute any of TENSHINRYU ONLINE’s content (ie Tenshinryu’s intellec tual property) which includes, but is not limited to instructions , quotes, images, video and audio material, or other files in any way without Tenshinryu’s explicit consent.
  • Causing greater disturbance, vandalizing as well as slandering in any form, harassing or threatening the community or specific members is strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule may lead to an immediate cancellation of your membership without any refund.
  • There will be no refund upon cancellation of your membership (regardless of the reason).
  • You may NOT show videos or other content to anyone who is not a member.
  • You may NOT call yourself an instructor of Tenshinryu or teach Tenshinryu and call it an official instruction or teaching.
  • You may as part of your personal training have a training partner and practice with them. (Eg practicing with an opponent etc. makes it better training) However, they are and are to remain only your partners for the sake of your training and research.
  • Do not take or pay money for it.
  • If possible, we would like your training partner(s) to join the program as well. (In that case they may directly join the same term you’re in regardless of deadlines.)

The goal of TENSHINRYU ONLINE is to have each and every member learn Tenshinryu correctly.

However, we also think about what comes before that.

With you as the members being the focus, we hope that training sessions can be held anywhere.
And during these recruiting training partners, sharing one’s training etc. would be most welcomed.
However, each may have their own individualistic training practices, methods and instructions , in other words their own set of boundaries and horizons which may be rather unclear, thus turning these individual practices into something official ought to be avoided.
This is a delicate problem, so we hope and ask for your understanding for passing such difficult judgment.
In case there are any questions or issues please do consult us.
We will handle each case individually.
